then in their description they may state how the bills are split as flatmates is a peer to peer listing site to help members find share accomodation it is usually expected that all flatmates will etc i have impeccable references but in perth the only reason there s a housing shortage is because real estate agents and greedy landlords can afford to wait for the juicy paycheck of a miner or a well easy to use and has the largest amount of choice i have had no issues with using the website the only down side is that to contact a landlord of an early bird listing you have to wait until it s a normal listing some time has passed and so you miss out on the best listings obviously unless you upgrade your account for a fee however saying that the fee isn t that high so it is worth it if you
